Sunflower is owned and managed by Kerry and Polly who have a combined 35 years experience in all aspects and areas of care and specialised training within the industry. Their goal is primarily focused on having a team of highly skilled care workers, delivering person centred care to each individual and helping them to maintain control and independence within their every day life. 

The management team also have hands on experience with Palliative care and understand the pressure this can bring to families. They are highly dedicated to ensure these situations are handled with complete dignity and respect for both their client and their families.
